Enhance your overall health and well-being by, not just building strength, but developing endurance, flexibility and healthier movement patterns, to help support functional everyday movement and prevent injury.

Develop muscular and cardiovascular endurance with a variety of short, intensive and creative programs.

An opportunity to increase weights and resistance, Body Tone is focussed on developing strength, maintaining proper form and moving with intention.

A short and intense cardio-based workout designed to have you burning calories during and after your class.

Develop awareness and focus on core engagement, a workout created specifically to strengthen and train the lower back, hips, abs and pelvis, for better balance and stability.

A 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout

At Core & Curves, we use a heart rate system called MYZONE.This allows us to understand the outcome from each workout rather than guessing at what you’ve achieved.

After each session we debrief to see how you went and how you can improve. This helps us to be more specific in helping you reach the results you’re looking for. You can also check all of your workout data on an app and use the heart rate monitor outside of our studio too.

The world’s first interchangeable heart rate monitor for the gym, outdoors or in water. Track your heart rate on your chest, arm or wrist.

Hannah

Extremely proud to announce the final scan results of Franca who completely smashed our 8 weeks transformation program. She has dropped 7.4% of body fat and gained 5.1 kgs of lean muscle mass in 8 weeks. This shows her dedication and commitment towards her health and fitness goals. A big shout out to our beautiful Tara who has lost around 5 kgs body weight and 2.3% body fat in just 3.5 weeks wohooooo This happens when you work super hard and stay committed to your goals.
